Does anyone know where you apply for the navy scholarship? Also, does anyone have an opinion on whether it is worth it or not to go this route?

There's an entire military forum where you can find feedback that is reasonably if not perfectly applicable to people looking to trade money for service.

I PM'd Armyhealth with same question.

Army has a residency program but its off the radar.
Navy used to have a podiatry scholarship slot but but last they heard it was scrapped.

Ya that is pretty much all related towards MD/DO though. Just wondering if there were any current or pre-pods that make have more incite knowledge on this topic that was not posted 5+ years ago.

As far as I know, there is a Navy program that starts during residency where they pay a housing allowance and a stipend during your time in residency. When you are done, you serve 3 years active duty in the Navy. But as far as HPSP goes, you can try to reach out to a recruiter near your school and see if there is anything available. But there are limited positions for active duty pods in all branches of the services so those chances are probably slim to none at this point.
