How long would be the optimal amount of time to use this study prep before taking the mcat exam?

The study plans don't cover the material in nearly as much depth as is needed for the MCAT and there are limited opportunities to test your knowledge on MCAT style questions. Overall, I found the program very inefficient and not helpful.
