How is the quality of education? Is it student friendly? Cost effective? Duration of the course(depending on the Specialty)
Is it better than Germany? Is there an alternative option?

Hey! The only thing I know is that it's extremely student unfriendly - here's some more facts about Ireland medical courses - essayforcollege. My fellow went to Ireland for the sake of study and she wasn't allowed to even enter a college. She had to show so many documents and then her migration visa was over. Guess that should be better in Germany.
