Do these features exist in McKesson Pharmaserv? Tech support isn't being much help today.
1. Is there a way to bill 2 different NDCs? Let's say I have 18 tablets of one NDC and 12 of another. How do I submit a claim for both at the same time under the same fill?
2. Entering refill numbers. Is there a spot in the system where if a patient gives me a list of refill numbers, I can just enter them in the computer right away, instead of writing them on a piece of paper?
3. Where do you put the Dx code and KS and KX modifiers for MPB claims.
4. Stop certain drug interactions from popping up. For example, an alcohol-warfarin interaction always pops up. Duplicate therapy for Symbicor and Proair, or 2 different NDCs for the same drug. Can you turn specific interactions off?
