How do the seminars with Dr. Ferdinand work? I have never been a part of an online seminar and it sounds intriguing!

It is an online class where you see a whiteboard where he writes, provides explanations, you can hear him speaking and you have access to the following ways to communicate with the teacher: you can choose to use a microphone, or a chat window where you can text or you can use icons for clapping or laughing at corny science jokes!

What if you already have GS1-3 can you request access to 4-9 instead?

Thanks.

Are the online materials sequential, in a way that we have to stick to a specific schedule like in other test prep online courses? Or, is MCAT University (online) more flexible in terms of being to picking and choosing the lectures we want to use that better fit the areas that we need to improve/most need work in?

What times does he usually lecture? or is it prerecorded?

Both.

If you click on Lessons, you can go to a specific chapter: for example, Fluid Dynamics. In that chapter, you would see the following: relevant videos, the online version of the textbook chapter, chapter commentaries from the author, chapter review questions with explanations, a forum thread to discuss that chapter.

On the other hand, click on Videos presents a section laid out more like a buffet.

Lectures are usually evenings or weekends and they are not prerecorded (they are live). The seminars are recorded so if you miss it, you can watch them anytime.

This seems excellent - do you guys have any student testimonials?

We have several testimonials here: www.mcat-prep.com/testimonials/

There are a couple of eBay sellers that only sell Gold Standard products. This seller has over 2000 students that have left feedback about Gold Standard products: 100% positive: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...sspagename=VIP:feedback&ftab=FeedbackAsSeller

It's true that some of the feedback is only related to shipping but you will find hundreds if not more than 1000 students specifically referring to the quality of the materials: videos or flashcards or exams or books or all of the above.

On your FLs, how thorough are your answer explanations/solutions?

This seems pretty cool. How many students are there typically in the seminars?

The best part of our solutions is that every single one of the thousands of questions that we have, is connected to an individual forum thread so if you are not happy with the explanation, you can let us know!
