Definitely.

There's no right/good answer. I'd just go ahead an release. Your Step 1 is good enough that most places likely won't care, they'll just be happy you passed Step 2. The ones that won't interview you because of the Step 2 score are ones that won't rank you if you drop this bomb on them later so you'll be better off saving your money.

Bottom line, you're asking an unanswerable question. Just release and be done with it.
