LECOM-SH vs Touro NV

I am interested in PBL at LECOM. Touro has an anatomy lab which, I assume, is important as a medical student but I've gotten mixed reviews on that. I feel that the faculty were pretty great at both schools and equally pleased students on both ends. I looked through the match lists at both schools and i can't really tell if one school has a significantly better match list than the other. And ofcourse there is the fact that they are in opposite sides of the country. I am willing to move anywhere it doesn't matter to me. I am just more interested in getting some input on what factors should be weighed in more (in terms of curriculum,lab, match list)

Touro NV is more established. Nicer weather. LECOM SH is kind of rural and the anatomy lab is a huge negative imo.
