Hi again,
This thread covers our Early Med Ed program. The program covers 84 topics in medicine (both biomedical and patient-based) over the course of 12 weeks. The content is entirely based off of USMLE material. Every week you also have "block" exams with 46 questions each. At the end of the course, you take a mock USMLE! Students typically use either the Premed Planner or 24 Hour Medical Student Planner (with a USMLE checklist) to make sure they are staying on task with the content. We have live lectures and video lectures Monday-Thursday. The next session starts May 1st. If you've ever wanted to actually learn medicine before medical school, this is a great place to begin. All students who take our course in May receive FREE access in exchange for your feedback. I've linked the syllabus below. We welcome college, post-bacc, and newly accepted students (as well as a few motivated younger students).
We can also answer your questions here on if you'd like to begin the process without the course. Learning medicine early can help eliminate the fire hydrant effect and also make you feel more prepared for medical school! While it is not recommended for everyone, but we are here to provide the resources students want in their education.
