Is April 15'th the last day to commission and go to BOLC?

Maybe I'm mistaken but on MODS, if I understood correctly, everything has to be turned in by the 15'th to be eligible for this summer. Is this correct? I won't be able to commission until next week so does that mean I will have to do BOLC at a later time?

The Army HPSP is still waiting for further Dept of the Army guidance on the whole BOLC vs. DCC issue. The HPSP office's guidance as of now is to put in for BOLC with the understanding that you may have to attend DCC if big Army say so. @theSandlapper request BOLC on MODS. That way once you commission, your packet will be moved quickly from the Recruiting Command to the HPSP office.
