Internship Oriented for Prospective Podiatry Students

Hello.

I would like to know of any internship or externship programs that might offer training to pre-podiatry students. My reason is that I would like to acquire some work or volunteer experience pertaining to podiatry before I transfer to a podiatry institute. Are there such opportunities available to aspiring students?

Some of the Pod schools offer short internship programs (pre-health internships) where you learn about Podiatry in general and learn about the application process and all. If you want to attend a specific school, check out their website but I know Temple and NYCPM offer these internships. I'll post the links below for these two. You can probably shadow someone at these intuitions through the internships.
