Hi, I think I have searched your site .I saw the opposite of this .I am a PGY 2 in pediatrics and I want to do Internal medicine...I want you do a combined fellowship ..Are there any tips on how to proceed.

I would suggest looking into med/peds programs that open up positions. In that way you can still use the peds credits & let the program help you catch up to internal medicine rotations
