I am an hpsp student interested in implants, what would be the best route for a dentist who wants to get really good at implants?: doing the military perio residency or doing implant fellowship after service or implant ce after service?

Probably depend on which Service you are going into. In the Army Perio/OMFS are the 2 residencies that place the most implants. Other residencies will probably give you exposure, but you will likely not be placing them. Prosth/Comp/General all restore them.
