I was born with 9 thumbs and only one true digit. Yet I must type a SOAP note in 9 minutes for the COMLEX PE. I practice, but I come up with some gruesome typos when I try to type quickly. How much to typos count against you in the PE SOAP note?

I didn't even know this was a thing. Sorry you have to deal with that. But seriously, how have you normally written notes before? Idk if you could always expect to have a scribe or have dictation services in your actual practice, and then there's rotations of course. How do you plan to deal with that? Just curious, honestly.
