We are looking to sublet our 2 bedroom large apartment in Grand Rapids (Eastown), Michigan, July to December. It is located within 1.5 miles of Grand Rapids hospitals and medical facilities. Within walking distance to many restaurants and bars, and close to the Rapid bus line. The apartment is furnished, and very charming with wood floors, bright colors, and a small deck out front. Laundry in the basement. $950/month, everything included, price somewhat negotiable- we are also interested in a renter who would be willing to pet sit our very friendly cat while we are gone!
