That's the only stat they ask for, so it's probably pretty important.

How important is GPA for NHSC? I'm a D1 with a current cumulative of 3.16.
Should I even bother applying?

Either way, if you want the scholarship, apply anyway. You never know and putting together the application is well worth the hundreds of thousands of dollars you could save if you get it.
