GPA disperity between communtiy college and university

GPA at Univeristy 3.4
Commulative GPA 3.76
MCAT 518

No research experience.
EMT 3000hrs
Non clinical volunteering 200hrs
Volunteer for a physician 40hrs
Shawdowing 80 hrs

My question is should I use my cumulative GPA or my University GPA when chosing which schools to applied to. And can you give me a sample list? Thanks
