Median GPA is around 3.7. With a good physical science score on the MCAT, this is redeemable.

Your fine, just perform on the MCAT

Your sGPA is a little low. Make up for it on the MCAT.

Even though the sGPA is weak, you're still competitive, especially with a well thought out school list.

Hi Guys!

Just wanted some input regarding my current GPAs

cGPA: 3.64 (Cs in psychology courses during junior year)

sGPA: 3.44 (Cs in ochem and physics II during junior year)

Will I be automatically screened out when applying because of the 4 Cs? If so, should I retake them?
I've had an upward trend in both GPAs (including an A in ochem II) and could potentially raise the sGPA to the 3.5 range by June.

TIA!

OP, didn't you know if you don't have a 3.9 or above you have basically no chance during any cycle? :D

Yea, second Gonnif. Take upper level courses if possible rather than retakes, and perform well on the MCAT to prove you can handle the hard sciences.
