My husband and I live in Dublin, OH (about 15 minutes from most Columbus hospitals). We're in our late 20's, and we're looking for a quiet, clean, female renter. Must be a non-smoker. We have a very friendly, 11 pound dog who is supposed to be hypoallergenic.
The room for rent is a guest room with a shared bathroom. You'll have the bathroom to yourself most of the time. We're renting it for $550/month. It's available immediately. All utilities are included. Street parking is available (no permit required, plenty of space, very safe, suburban neighborhood).
