Craigslist Ad: Furnished room for summer sublet
I will be away for the month of July and I am looking to sublet my room located in Cambridge, MA during this time. Exact dates can be negotiated (move-in as early as June 27).
- One room in a 3 bedroom apartment
- You will be sharing the apartment with two other women who are MIT graduate students and a cat
- Can be furnished (bed, dresser, desk, chair, armchair etc.) or unfurnished
- Perfect Location: walking distance to Central Square
- Close to grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Whole Foods)
- Easy public transportation to Longwood Medical Area hospitals, Boston Medical Center.
- Very close to bus stops (47 and MIT shuttle)
- Utilities (internet, electricity, and water) included
- Free laundry in the basement
- Back porch and backyard
