There is also an eBook student transcription (about 2,000 pages) that can be purchased separately, if you would prefer to have a complete transcription of the program.

Specifically, I used:

• Gold Standard for the USMLE Step 1 (Audio)
• First Aid for USMLE Step 1
• Step-Up to the USMLE Step 1
• Blackwell`s Underground Clinical Vignettes Step 1
• BRS Pathology

On the USMLE Step 1, I scored 253: 99 (that was several years ago, now).

As for question bank, choose the one recommended by other students on SDN.

If you use the above resources, and go through the material several times to maximize retention without resorting to rote memorization, you should do great!
