Hi, I'm currently a practicing FP hospitalist in Pomona, not a locums company.
Email me if you are interested in working as a hospitalist (FP/IM), outpatient (FP/IM), any other specialty. I work for a multispecialty group that has clinics and serves different hospitals in the area.
Salary average
FP/IM outpatient : 190-200salary- 20 Sign on Bonus (2y)- relocation bonus 5k + health benefits and insurance coverage
FP/IM hospitalist: 230 rec grad/240 if certified or 1 year experience post residency - 20k sign on 2y - 5k relocation
Both of them with RVU and can be paid w-2 or 1099

I do receive a referral bonus for you signing with out group but is tiny compared to what a locums company gets, I get 2-3K and they get 20k to place a doctor in a medical practice, so your room to negotiate your salary or bonuses is smaller. I will suggest to try to negotiate without locums.
