EU Citizen and NON-EU MedSchool looking for residency in europe.

Hello!
I'm a 5th year med student from Venezuela looking for residency options in Europe. I have Portuguese Nationality by descent.

I would love if someone has some information about Belgium or Germany residency and specialties, what steps to take (besides learning the language) and if I'll be able to study and work at the same time (maybe the residency is paid?)

Could having EU citizenship make things easier for me despite having studied in a non-EU university?

Any information is appreciated!
