Endothelial Dysfunction?

If someone has suspected Endothelial Dysfunction due to a hyperentension emergency that wasn''t treated properly, what tests would you give to investigate, and what meds would you prescribe?

Would the prognosis be bad long-term if the patient suffers severe chest pain, migraine and POTS as a result?
