Mimelim answered this question on a previous thread with some stats. Go check it out. But being on the interview side of it this past year, we didn't interview anyone who did fail step 1. Doesn't mean it's impossible but you may have to apply to as many places as you can to cast that wide of a net. Good luck. Cheers.
