University of Arizona Tucson is the main campus with all cardiology sub-specialty fellowships (EP, interventional and HF). They do LVAD, transplants, complex PCIs and structural cases and complex EP procedures including VT ablations. St. Joseph's program in Phoenix is very new program. Mayo has big name but if would really like to have more clinical experience, University Campus at Tucson is definitely the better one. Banner Phoenix is the satellite community based campus of the university.
