Did your residency have a sports medicine track?

My co-fellow and myself both matched into our home PCSM program. We are interested in creating a sports medicine track for our residency program. My question is for those who had such a track through their residency program.

How did you place applicants into the track? Did you assess interest after your primary match or did you have a separate interview and match process for the sports medicine track?
