NHSC Dentist and Hygienist Salaries/Benefits in Community Health

I just signed an offer for a dental position as a NHSC Scholar, and before I did I was curious as to salary averages, typical benefits, etc. This is also a very typical question asked here (What are typical salaries for public health positions?). Someone directed me to a very current and helpful study showing the results of a 2013 survey compared with a previous 2009 survey. It shows average salaries and benefits of dentists and hygienists and also breaks it down based on number of years worked. It gave me a great idea of what to expect and what to compare offers with. I had to cut down some of the less important slides to post it, so you can search online for the full version if you would like, but I kept all the salary and benefits info in this version.
