1) Can a virtual image act as an object in a lens system?

2) Why do our bodies make ketone bodies from acetyl coa and then convert it back to acetyl coa? What's the point of doing this?

3) I was reading about complex ion and learned that it involves coordinate covalent bonds. I heard that water can serve as ligand. So for a complex ion like Al3+ surrounded by 6 H2O molecules (Al(H2O)6 3+), Al would receive electrons from water? I thought solvation by water was not covalent bonding, but more like dipole interaction.
