Prep 4 weeks, uworld x1 pass and in corrects in tutor mode (total 70%). Combank OMM questions, +cases, + a few misc random questions (probably about 40% the full way thru). I also did the cord levels video on youtube. I did not use the stupid green book except for the special tests (which was a good idea)

I have no idea how I scored so high, not that it really matters. As everyone I felt it was completely random, multiple copies of the same question, and really weird OMM questions. I am in EM so the test is very applicable but minimal effort is really needed to pass this test. I would not recommend any reading sources to study from. If you passed the first 2 exams you will pass this exam with minimal additional preparation.
I did get 250/260 Step 1/2, and 650's on level 1/2.
In hind sight, I would take it asap after medical school. Do not delay because you will forget the random genetics, pathways, etc.
