Hello everyone!
I got accepted as a clinical research assistant in a well known university hospital.this is going to be my first clinical research assistant position and was wondering if some one can guide me or refer me some good reading material so that i am updated and well prepared before the job starts. i have the preveilige to have flexible hours at work as long i complete 40 hour a week hence what would be better starting at 7 am and ending at 2 pm or 9 to 5 pm. i am not aware of how the system works and hence will appreciate to have thoughts .
At the same time, I would also like to have a suggestion that i am preparing for step 1 exams and what would be the best way to balance both.
