Chances at getting in Sri Ramachandra

I have a low GPA right now in Highschool. I have recieved a C in ap physics and ap biology. Still a junior and taking ap chem next year. I decided that I want to go into India, and have made a strong mind for that. But with my grades I'm worried that I may not be able to get in. I am currently in California's number 3 school in ranking of academics. Im willing to pay money to get in, but will it be enough. I do also have some politcal contacts.
