I've heard good things about the Cleveland Clinic "Intensive Review of Cardiology". Is this a sufficient, comprehensive enough resource for first time cardiology board takers? Does it come with a practice question bank? If not, what question bank is most often used and closely represents the type of question asked on the boards?

Thanks!
