Can't Pay SUNY Downstate Admissions Fee

[MD PhD Stduent]

I am currently attempting to pay the application fee for SUNY downstate. I am told to log on to their payment portal and select 'Fall 2017' from the drop-down list. The problem is that I don't see any drop-down list; there is text saying 'You may purchase the following items:' but then there is only a blank space.
I have tried the following browsers:
Mozilla firefox
Internet Explorer
Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Safari
I have tried both a PC and a mac. I got the same result every time.
Has anyone had this problem before?
