LOL no. Even if you have taken the test but voided it, they still won't know. You are fine.
 
If you canceled by the deadline, it will not show up and their will be no records of it all. But, if you decided to take the exam, void it, there will be a record stating that you attempt it with no score because it was never scored. It will void.

I just want to clarify that yes, there will be an indication in the MCAT Score Reporting System that you voided an exam, but that information will not be sent to the medical school. It is there for you to view I assume.

From the AAMC website:
  • Information from voided exams is not included on any score reports that are sent to medical schools. However, indication of a voided exam will be displayed in the MCAT Score Reporting System after the scheduled score release date for you to see.
