Can employers find out if you had to retake a USMLE Step exam?

Job application question if there was a Board Exam failure. I had to retake Step 3. Do employers get a complete record of USMLE Pass/fails? Wondering if I should say no, deal with it later or be honest now.

Depends on what they ask for. Many will only ask for scores, times you took them etc. If they ask for an official USMLE form it will be on there.

In any case, if you have passed them, that is what they care about. Better to be honest IMO
