C-arm and X-ray table rental sources?

Considering renting a c-arm and/or c-arm table for a few months. I have a c-arm currently, but may keep in current location instead of relocating right now.

Do any of you have any recommendations for places to rent from, and any estimates of costs? (OEC 9800 or Philips pulsera or slightly lower models).

Probably not what your looking for but in 2008, there was a company that provided c-arm, table, fluoro tech, lead, etc for workshops for $1000/day.
