Breakdown of spine vs crani cases in PP

Hey all

Looking to find out what % of cases are spine in a typical PP setup. i know some guys choose to only do elective spine but that doesn't really interest me.

A number I've heard thrown around by neurosurgeons I've talked to is 70/30 spine/crani in PP.

Not sure how accurate that is and it's probably location and practice type dependent.

Probably more like 80-90/10-20 and in many cases 100/0.
