Which particular practice exams do you guys recommend? Any particular sources/dates that seemed most legit? Have heard of doing the UWorld ones vs the old NBME ones...

I found that the questions on the newer NMBEs were very similar to the CBSE. They are $50 a test on the NMBE website, but you can pay $60 to have a list of questions you get wrong. Google NMBE CBSSA. I believe test 19 is the most recent one.

Uworld questions are harder and trickier than the actual CBSE questions, but it is a great learning tool. I suggest going thru all the Uworld questions at least once.
