Average step 1 scores for IM at Boston U, Harvard, Tufts?

I have a 215 on my step 1

any place where I might actually have a chance at getting in for residency in Boston? i'm asking because I want to figure out where I should apply for my fourth year medicine elective.

other info:
grades are good, mostly honors
no pubs, but research work in neuroscience, neurosurgery, biochemistry, and cell biology
