AR 40-501 2017 update?

Hey all I am trying to locate a copy of the most recent AR 40-501 and it seems they must make this document top secret in the Army as I cannot locate the most recent version.

I have a specific question. What is the max % body fat allowed for a direct commissioning officer with no prior military service for AMEDD?

Much obliged. I just checked it. Is the enlisted male standard for weight/height/body fat percentage the same for direct commissioning officers for AMEDD? The reason I ask is I was told at MEPS that the max for my age group was 24%. The standard according to this is saying 28% is the max for Army procurement. My recruiter has been less than helpful on this. Just curious if there is a separate rule or standard saying direct commissioning officers must be at max 24% body fat percentage to pass MEPS?
