Any ideas? Your help needed

Hi guys,
Recently I took my CS exam, but I had a problem ..
During my lunch proctor told me that they had some kid of "administrative issue" with one of encounters. He didn't specify whats going on. "Not your fault". He offered me to exam one more patient= total 13 cases.
So I took one more case at different room of their test center. All proctors were watching me.
I have no idea why/what's happened. I didn't break any rules.
After 13 cases I asked them for reason. They refused to answer and advised me to call USMLE.

Any ideas? Whats happened ?
