Any experience with Great West ADA Disability plan?

My employer will be paying for my long term disability insurance plan,max upto $6000 per month . I'm thinking of buying additional disability insurance while I'm young and healthy to supplement the employers plan. Do you think Great West ADA sponsored plan with own occupation, COLA, Partial Disability Rider is a good option for a basic $1000/month plan with a future increase option. What your thoughts.

It is ok, just know that they (ADA or Great West) can change language or premiums any time they want / need. If you are ok with that then it is fine.
