The 4-year categorical Anesthesiology Residency Program in the Department of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Care at the University of California Irvine School of Medicine is seeking a candidate for the PGY-3 level. Start date is as early as August 1, 2017. Prior to start of residency, candidate must have an unrestricted CA medical license. Candidates should email the following application materials to Ida Chithavong:

- Cover letter explaining your interest in this position, including why you are leaving your current residency program
- Current curriculum vitae
- Three letters of recommendation (one must be from current residency program director)
- USMLE Step 1, 2 CK & CS, and 3 results
- In-Training Exam results, including PGY-2 (CA1) year
- ABA BASIC Exam results, if available
- Current ACGME Case Log Report
- Medical school transcript
- Medical school diploma
- MSPE/Dean's letter
- Written verification of previous educational experiences
- Competency-based performance evaluation summary from PGY-1 and PGY-2 (CA1) years
- PTAL for foreign medical graduates
