certainly a careful review of the data will show no clinical difference, only a thorough statistical analysis with synthesis of new endpoints would allow a change in nonsense care not based in human anatomy, physiology, pathology.
check out those massive changes in ncv's.

Stick a needle anywhere (local vs distal), and the patient gets equally better.

this proves a point: anyone can turn statistics into a study, prove any points.

Correct.

"Evidence" based medicine is going to be interesting. Like we all know, studies can be made to say anything.

It will come down to the biases of the people who read these studies that will dictate future medicine.
