Would anyone mind taking a look at my experiences/EC's. I have an average GPA and MCAT for DO so I'm hoping my experiences/EC's can give me a boost.

Just post them right here so you can get multiple opinions.

I also suggest starting a WAMC post with your full profile so you can get a better idea.

I've listed everything out in a similar way to aacomas, I just separated it by the experience type.

3.3 cgpa/3.3 sgpa and 503 mcat

Extracurricular:
Microbiology Lab research assistant (>300 hours)
Psychology Lab research assistant (~130 hours)
Leadership position in club (1 one year)
Clubs (was in a few different clubs only in freshmen and soph. year)
Hobbies (just listed like 4 or 5)
Community Volunteer:
Camp for sick kids (~150 hours)
Miscellaneous volunteer (random volunteer activities with different clubs) (~60 hours)
Healthcare:
D.O. shadowing (family medicine) (~60 hours)
M.D. shadowing (internal medicine and cardiology) (~60 hours)
Florida Hospital (~110 hours)
Free clinic (~40 hours)
Ronald McDonald House (~10 hours)
Non-healthcare employment
Store owned by parents, usually work there every summer or whenever they need me to come (unpaid)

I didn't think we were supposed to add hobbies to AACOMAS. Is that not the case?

Your ECs seem pretty good.

A hobbies section isn't part of AACOMAS. However, many professors and physicians like being able to mention that in addition to being an excellent applicant that you also have other interesting and relatable qualities.
