Major: Psychology
Attended a state school in Florida

Clinical Volunteering: 400+ hours with 2 different experiences (pediatric clinic and NICU @ large hospital), both for 2 years

Shadowing: 200 hours of shadowing in various specialties

Non-clinical volunteering:
~300 hours with organization on campus doing various community outreach projects
~200 hours with Habitat for Humanity

Research: 2 years working in a psych lab (~1000 hrs), no pubs

Other ECs/leadership:
leadership position (assistant director) in one organization (involved for 3 years)
leadership position on school's intramural debate team (involved 2 years)
chair for a committee in another small club (involved 3 years)
elementary school mentor (1 year)

School List: Don't really know what to do. I feel like my stats are good but my ECs are too lackluster for schools in which my GPA and MCAT fall within the 10th and 90th percentile.

Thank you so much. I'm mainly worried about my research. I could definitely talk about my research and what I've gained from it in an interview, but is it okay that I don't have poster presentations or pubs?
