2nd year resident looking to apply in next year's match?

Hi, I'm a 2nd year family med resident, and am looking to double board in fm and psychiatry and was looking to participate in next year's match for psychiatry (will finish fm before starting psych.) I'm not sure what the process is for a prior grad to enter the match. Do I get an eras token from my med school?

Is the process the same?

Just looking for some insight to try and avoid pitfalls.
