1 year and non-asoprs plastics fellowships - apply 2nd or 3rd year?

hey guys!
rising 3rd year here. kinda missed the ball on 2nd year ASOPRS plastics applications. just wondering if you have to apply to the 1 year fellowships and non-asoprs fellowships 2nd year too?

also I could not find much information on the one year fellowships. any leads would be much appreciated

I'm not sure, but I thought you were allowed to apply 3rd year too? I rmbr hearing of a 3rd year resident that applied late and took a year off but still matched ASOPRS. I think it's def possible. I don't always ask questions just for me Sometimes a chief resident wants to help out their co residents.

But yes, I am doing uveitis and retina hopefully.
