primary application error

I was going over my hours for my activities for a secondary application when I realized I forgot to include 1000ish hours for my current full-time job on my primary. This would change the completed hours from 1000 to 2000 hours. Would it be worth informing schools about this error?

I used excel to calculate my hours by inserting the start/end dates, then having it calculate the amount of time & hours worked. I just realized that I put the year wrong for a clinical work experience so it looks like I worked an extra year, grossly overestimating the hours. I copy and pasted...
