    MCAT Percentile Discrepancy?

Hey everyone, I did a quick search to see if anyone else has posted regarding this and didn't find anything, but I apologize if it is a duplicate. I just finished my first Kaplan practice exam with an overall score of 499, distributed as follows: 123, 125, 126, 125, in Chem/Phys, CARS...

Should I retake the MCAT? 509

I took the MCAT Sept 2, and got a score of 509. 126/127/127/129. 80th percentile overall. I know I scored right at the national average of people who were accepted into medical school. I am not super disappointed with my score, but I was not happy. I know I can do better. I took the two AAMC...

unbalanced MCAT 511 with 98th percentile CARS, 54th BB

511 - 128, 130, 125, 128 My bio/biochem score is in the bottom 10% or lower in some schools I am considering... I was wondering how important the individual section scores are. If one of my section scores is below the 10th percentile should I even bother applying?

This means digging out old records, some of which I never thought I'd need again. ITE scores? I thought the point of the ITE was to help evaluate...

How to know percentiles from unofficial score report?

I see estimates on unofficial websites such as dat-prep. There's also a percentile chart on the ADA 2009 sample DAT, but it only really proves to me how much the percentiles change in five years, especially the PAT (for example a score of 19 on the PAT in 2004 would be 90.8th percentile and in...
